I've never heard of the place either. In the summer I got a moldy hamburger bun at A&W and it was take-out so I had to drive all the way back. But they were really nice about it and very apologetic. Glad I noticed before I took a bite!!

Haven't had any bad experience w/ Nandos, but I definitely don't think they're all that they're cracked up to be.

we get free meals at the nandos by the cinema I worl at in the UK but being vegetarian may change the experience... but we all love it (I guess getting free food is always a bonus) plus if you get the combo meals you get a burger and 2 sides for about £8-£10 which is pretty good for a huge plate of food :)

I love Nandos here (in the UK). When I was in Cambridge (husband did his bachelors there) it was the cheapest place to sit down and have a real meal.

I've never had an problem with Nandos food- they are as close to fast food as I will eat really and have served their purpose if we are out and really hungry.

That site you linked to is hilarious, and seems to be run by some seriously unbalanced people! I'm afraid I can't take anyone who recommends KFC seriously!

I LOVED Nando's when I lived in South Africa. Loved it. I was super excited when it came to canada. Both Nando's I've been to in canada? Seriously gross.
