Okay I booked a massage appointment for Monday. I haven’t gone since mid-April ... and J kindly gives me little massages daily to help out ... but it seems like once every few months I have to go to a professional.
I think that 45 min. costs me $60, and after shopping around to different massage therapists in the area, this is the best option – and conveniently right next door to where I work.
This isn't in the budget, but I can put it in my Misc. category.

Is there any chance that you could get Massages covered by your medical plan? My plan only covers 25$, but it does help to make it more affordable. The crux of it is that I have to have an Rx for the massage to be able to put it thru my plan. It couldn't hurt to check :)
I'm currently not covered under a medical plan. Right now I'm waiting for J to complete the paperwork to put me onto his plan. And then I believe there's a waiting period while everything gets processed. So until then, I'm going to have to pay for it myself. :(
