Making plans
Posted onThis coming Friday night J and I are going on a double date with a friend and her BF. We're going to see that Transformers movie in IMAX. I guess I'll have to see the 1st Transformers movie before then. Has anyone seen the new movie? Is it good? I'm kind of excited for it being in IMAX!
Then on the weekend, we have vague plans. We will definitely be going to the climbing gym - but I also want to try out the Grouse Grind, just to see why everyone does it. J says The Chief up in Squamish is harder, and I did that last summer. I don't understand why the Grind is so popular - it always looks so busy and there's not even really a view at the top. But, I still want to do it.
And I also want to do The Lions. J said we can do it as a day hike, and I see them all the time in the distance, so it makes sense to climb it. We'll have to check the weather reports though - right now, I see nothing but rain all week. Boo urns!

I saw the new Transformer movie the night it premiered on Tuesday night a week or two ago. I loved the movie and had a blast. Even though the critics really tear apart the movie, I thought it was quite enjoyable and to see it on the IMAX would be spectacular!!! Then again...anything would look awesome on the IMAX :-P.
I am definitely jealous of all the climbing and things you have been doing lately! Looks like you've really been having fun lately.

It was a fun movie - saw it here in Hollywood at the best theater ever (Arclight).
It's fun, it's full of great effects. If you are expecting a tale of sorts with a great story and intrigue, ummm this isn't it.
Oh yeah, don't waste your money on Public Enemies either :)
